  • Old stairs had carpet, half of the original treads were split. Covered with white oak treads and risers.

  • 3rd floor bath - found a hidden (dead) outlet behind the wall. Joist was notched 75% for drain pipe. 2x3 on the right was used as a joist header to box in a cut joist.
  • 3rd floor bath. Plywood brace for notched floor joist, 2x6 headers for joist that was cut, relocated toilet supply from floor to wall.
